Tijdens deze bijeenkomsten staan proeven, ontdekken en uitwisselen centraal. De tastings bieden ondernemers de kans om producten zelf te ervaren, nieuwe smaken te ontdekken en direct toepasbare ideeën op te doen voor hun menukaart. Van hoogwaardige vleesproducten tot verrassende culinaire concepten: alles komt aan bod in een informele en inspirerende setting. Ook Ragazzi, als slagerij van VHC Jongens, speelt hierin een belangrijke rol.
